  • 1 tablespoon 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard Adds a nice tang to the wrap.

  • 0.5 cup ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese Feel free to use different cheeses for variety.

For the Wrap

  • 1 large 1 large tortilla wrap Any type of tortilla is suitable.
  • to taste Fresh spinach or lettuce Adds crunch and freshness.
  • optional Sliced veggies (like cucumbers or tomatoes) Use any leftover veggies from your fridge.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a medium bowl, combine the drained tuna, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper. Stir well until everything is combined.
  • Fold in the shredded cheddar cheese.

Assembly

  • Lay the tortilla flat and spread a generous layer of the tuna mixture in the center.
  • Top it off with fresh spinach or lettuce.
  • Fold one side of the tortilla over the filling and roll tightly, tucking in the sides.

Cooking

  • Heat a skillet over medium heat and grill the wrapped tortilla for about 3-4 minutes on each side until the cheese melts and the wrap is golden brown.
  • Slice in half and serve warm.

Notes

Consider adding your favorite spices or herbs to the tuna mixture for a personalized flavor. Cheese can be mixed for variety.
