Ingredients
  

Dessert Base

  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 cup whole milk Can be substituted with skim or almond milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream For a richer taste
  • 1/2 cup sugar Or to taste
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

For Garnish

  • 1 cup whipped topping For garnish
  • to taste fresh fruit or nuts Optional decoration

Preparation

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, and whole milk. Stir gently until combined.
  • To the milky mixture, add the heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla extract. Whisk until the sugar dissolves and the mixture is smooth.
  • Pour the mixture into individual glasses or serving bowls. Cover with plastic wrap or a lid and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  • Once chilled, top each glass with whipped topping and add fresh fruit or nuts for decoration.

Notes

You can freeze this dessert, but leave off the whipped topping until serving. For a low-sugar version, consider using sugar substitutes.
