Ingredients
  

For the Fruit Salsa

  • 2 cups diced strawberries
  • 1 cup diced kiwi
  • 1 cup diced pineapple
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh mint
  • 2 lf Juice of 2 limes
  • 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup adjust to taste

For the Cinnamon Chips

  • 5 pieces flour tortillas
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon

Preparation

  • In a large bowl, toss together the strawberries, kiwi, pineapple, and mint.
  • Drizzle the lime juice and honey over the mixture. Gently stir until everything is well combined. Set this fruity delight aside to allow the flavors to meld.

Cinnamon Chips

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Brush both sides of each tortilla lightly with melted butter.
  • In a small bowl, mix the sugar and cinnamon together. Sprinkle the mixture generously over the tortillas.
  • Cut the tortillas into triangles and spread them in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake for about 10-12 minutes or until they are golden and crispy.

Serving

  • Once the chips are cool, serve them alongside your sweet and tangy fruit salsa for a delightful snack or dessert.

Notes

If your salsa seems a bit watery, don’t fret; the juices from the fruit make it extra refreshing! For an irresistible aroma, consider making a double batch of the cinnamon chips, as they won't last long!
