Ingredients
  

Salad Base

  • 4 cups fresh spinach leaves You can never go wrong with greens!
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • ¼ cup red onion, thinly sliced If you're not a fan of raw onions, feel free to skip this step.
  • ½ cup feta cheese, crumbled Because cheese makes everything better!
  • ½ cup walnuts, chopped Or any nut you fancy—go wild!

Dressing

  • ¼ cup balsamic vinaigrette dressing Store-bought or homemade if you’re feeling adventurous.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Wash the spinach leaves under cool water and pat them dry.
  • Slice the strawberries.
  • Add the thinly sliced red onion to the bowl.

Assembly

  • Sprinkle feta cheese and walnuts on top of the salad.
  • Drizzle balsamic vinaigrette over the salad.
  • Gently toss all the ingredients together until everything is beautifully coated in dressing.

Serving

  • Serve immediately and enjoy your delicious Strawberry Spinach Salad!

Notes

No fresh strawberries? Frozen strawberries work, but be sure to thaw and drain them first. You can also make it your own by swapping out feta for goat cheese or adding grilled chicken or salmon. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge but consider keeping dressing separate to avoid sogginess.
