Ingredients
  

Steaks

  • 2 pieces ribeye steaks (or your preferred cut)
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Sauce

  • 1 cup shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup lobster meat, chopped feel free to use frozen
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • to taste fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

Searing the Steaks

  • Season the ribeye steaks with salt and pepper.
  • Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add the steaks and sear for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
  • Transfer the cooked steaks to a plate and cover them loosely with foil to keep warm.

Making the Sauce

  • In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • Toss in the shrimp and lobster meat, cooking until the shrimp turns pink (around 2-3 minutes).

Adding Creamy Goodness

  • Pour in the heavy cream, stirring to combine all the flavors.
  • Add lemon juice and let the sauce simmer for another 3-5 minutes until thickened.

Serving

  • Place seared steaks on plates and generously spoon the creamy shrimp and lobster sauce over each.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.

Notes

For perfect steaks, use a meat thermometer to aim for 130°F for medium-rare. You can substitute lobster with crab or add extra shrimp.
