  • 8 oz shrimp Peeled and deveined.
  • 8 oz noodles Rice noodles or udon suggested.
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce For flavoring.
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce For richness.

  • 2 cloves garlic Minced for flavor.
  • 1 medium bell pepper Sliced.
  • 1 cup broccoli florets Or any greens you fancy.
  • Salt and pepper To taste.

Instructions

Cooking Steps

  • Cook the Noodles: Start by boiling water in a pot. Once it’s rolling, toss in your noodles and cook according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • Sear the Steak: Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season your steak with salt and pepper, then add it to the pan. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare. Let it rest for a few minutes before slicing thinly.
  • Stir-Fry the Vegetables: In the same skillet, add a splash of sesame oil. Sauté garlic, bell pepper, and broccoli for about 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
  • Cook the Shrimp: Add the shrimp and cook until they turn pink, about 3-4 minutes.
  • Combine Everything: Toss in the cooked noodles along with soy sauce and oyster sauce. Stir until the flavors meld.
  • Final Touches: Sprinkle green onions on top if desired.
  • Serve & Enjoy: Plate your dish and enjoy!

Notes

You can substitute steak with chicken or tofu for a plant-based option. Use leftover vegetables as desired. Adjust the soy sauce for saucier noodles.
