  • 1 lb baby potatoes, halved Choose small potatoes for even cooking.
  • 2 ears corn, cut into thirds
  • 1 lb shrimp, deveined and tails removed Use fresh or frozen shrimp.
  • 1 lb crab legs Substitute with your favorite seafood.
  • 1 lb mussels, cleaned Ensure they are fresh and clean.
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced Fresh garlic enhances the flavor.
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning Adjust quantity according to spice preference.
  • 1 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes Modify to heat preference.
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted Adds richness to the dish.
  • for serving Fresh lemon wedges
  • for garnish Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
  • Add the halved baby potatoes and cook for about 15 minutes until they’re fork-tender.

Cooking

  • Toss in the corn and cook for another 5 minutes.
  • Carefully add the shrimp, crab legs, and mussels to the pot.
  • Stir in the minced garlic, Cajun seasoning, Old Bay seasoning, red pepper flakes, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
  • Cover the pot and let it cook for an additional 5-7 minutes until the shrimp are pink and the mussels have opened up.
  • Drizzle the melted butter all over your seafood boil.

Serving

  • Squeeze fresh lemon wedges over the dish, sprinkle with parsley, and serve it hot.

Notes

Customize your spice level by adjusting the red pepper flakes. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 2-3 days. Reheat gently with a splash of water.
