Ingredients
  

For the Shrimp Tacos

  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 8 small tortillas (corn or flour) Your choice
  • 1 ripe avocado, sliced
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • to garnish Fresh cilantro Because herbs are love

For the Creamy Cilantro-Lime Sauce

  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 Juice of 1 lime
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a bowl, toss the shrimp with chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Mix to coat the shrimp evenly with flavor.

Cooking the Shrimp

  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the seasoned shrimp and sauté for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they turn pink and opaque.
  • Remove from heat once cooked.

Making the Sauce

  • In a small bowl, combine Greek yogurt, lime juice, chopped cilantro, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth and creamy.

Assembling the Tacos

  • Warm your tortillas slightly. Top each tortilla with a few shrimp, slices of avocado, a sprinkle of feta, and a drizzle of the creamy sauce.
  • Garnish with more cilantro.

Serving

  • Enjoy the tacos while they’re still warm, and feel free to invite friends over!

Notes

For substitutions, grilled chicken or tofu can replace shrimp. Add jalapeños for heat. Store leftover shrimp and sauce separately in the fridge for up to 2 days.
