  • 1 package frozen potstickers (chicken, pork, or vegetarian) Choose your favorite

Cooking Essentials

  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce (or gluten-free tamari)
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes For extra heat

Vegetables

  • 2 cups vegetables (e.g., broccoli, bell peppers, snap peas) Choose firm and crunchy veggies for best texture

Garnish

Instructions
 

Cooking Noodles

  • Boil a pot of water and cook the noodles according to package instructions for about 5-7 minutes. Drain and set aside.

Sautéing Potstickers

  • In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the frozen potstickers and cook until golden and crispy on both sides, about 4-5 minutes.

Adding Garlic and Vegetables

  • Mix in the minced garlic and your choice of vegetables. Sauté for another 3-4 minutes until the veggies are bright and slightly tender.

Combining Ingredients

  • Toss the cooked noodles into the skillet with the potstickers and vegetables. Pour in the soy sauce and sesame oil, adding the crushed red pepper flakes. Stir until well coated and heated through.

Serving

  • Remove from heat, garnish with chopped green onions or sesame seeds, and serve immediately.

Notes

Feel free to customize with your favorite proteins and veggies. Store leftovers in an airtight container for 2-3 days in the fridge, and reheat in a pan.
