Ingredients

For the crust

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar

For the cheesecake filling

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped topping (like Cool Whip)

For the toppings

  • 1/4 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/4 cup chocolate sauce
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans (or your nut of choice)

Instructions

Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Stir until everything is nicely blended and resembles wet sand.
  • Portion the mixture into cupcake liners placed in a muffin tin, pressing down to create a firm crust. Place the tin in the fridge while you prepare the filling.

Filling

  • In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and fluffy. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  • Gently fold in the whipped topping to keep the mixture light and airy.

Assembly

  • Remove the muffin tin from the fridge and spoon the cheesecake filling over each crust. Smooth out the tops if desired.
  • Let your creations chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours, or until ready to serve.

Topping

  • Once chilled, drizzle caramel and chocolate sauce over each cheesecake and sprinkle with chopped pecans.

Serving

  • Enjoy with a fork and share with friends, or keep them all for yourself!

Notes

Consider adding a dollop of whipped cream on top before drizzling sauces for extra flair. You can use an Oreo crust instead of graham crackers for a chocolate twist.
