  • 1 package chocolate cookie crusts Ready-made crusts save time.

For the filling

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup whipped topping Adds a light and airy texture.

For the chocolate drizzle

  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Preparation

  • Gather your mini chocolate cookie crusts.
  • In a large bowl, combine the creamy peanut butter and softened cream cheese. Beat until smooth.
  • Gradually add the powdered sugar and mix until fully incorporated.
  • Gently fold in the whipped topping.
  • Spoon the peanut butter filling into each of the chocolate cookie crusts.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips and butter. Melt together in short increments, stirring until smooth.
  • Drizzle the melted chocolate over the filled mini pies.
  • Place in the refrigerator for at least an hour to set.

Notes

Can substitute chocolate crust with graham cracker crust. Serve with whipped cream or crushed nuts. Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to a week.
