  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 oz)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup pistachios, shelled and chopped Reserve some for topping.

Preparation

  • Start by lining an 8-inch square baking dish with parchment paper.

Cooking

  • In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Microwave in 30-second increments, stirring in between, until melted and smooth.
  • Stir in the vanilla extract and a pinch of salt, then gently fold in the chopped pistachios.
  • Pour the fudgy mixture into your prepared pan, spreading it out evenly.
  • Place the dish in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours or until fully set.

Serving

  • Once set, lift the fudge out of the pan using the parchment paper and cut it into squares.

Notes

Use quality chocolate for better taste. Feel free to swap in other nuts or dried fruits. Watch the chocolate carefully while microwaving to avoid scorching.
