Ingredients
  

Pasta and Seafood

  • 8 oz fettuccine or your favorite pasta
  • 1 cup lobster meat, cooked and chopped Use frozen if fresh isn't available.
  • 1 cup shrimp, peeled and deveined

Sauce Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter Divide into parts for sautéing and sauce.
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • for garnish fresh parsley, chopped Optional garnish

Instructions
 

Cooking the Pasta

  • Begin by cooking your pasta according to package directions in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente.
  • Drain and set aside, reserving some pasta water for the sauce later.

Sautéing the Shrimp

  • In a large skillet over medium heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter.
  • Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Toss in the shrimp, season with salt and pepper, and cook until they turn pink (about 2-3 minutes).
  • Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside.

Making the Sauce

  • In the same skillet, pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
  • Add the remaining butter and whisk in the Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  • If the sauce is too thick, add a splash of reserved pasta water.

Combining the Dish

  • Add the cooked pasta and sautéed shrimp back to the skillet.
  • Toss everything together, ensuring each piece is coated with sauce.
  • Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.

Serving

  • Plate your Lobster & Shrimp Alfredo and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
  • Add extra Parmesan cheese if desired and serve immediately.

Notes

Don't overcook the seafood, as shrimp and lobster can become chewy. Consider adding sautéed spinach or peas for added color and flavor. A splash of white wine can enhance the creaminess of the sauce.
