For the Lobster Ravioli

  • 1 package fresh or frozen lobster ravioli
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt to taste

For the Lemon Butter Sauce

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 lemon zested and juiced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Cooking the Ravioli

  • In a large pot of salted water, bring to a gentle boil. Add your lobster ravioli and cook according to package instructions, usually about 3-4 minutes. Test to ensure they are tender.

Preparing the Sauce

  • While the ravioli is cooking, melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until golden and fragrant.

Combining Ingredients

  • Add the lemon zest and juice into the melted butter, stirring to combine. Season with salt and pepper. Optionally, add a pinch of red pepper flakes for extra flavor.
  • Once the ravioli are cooked, drain them and add directly to the lemon butter sauce. Toss gently to coat each piece evenly.

Serving

  • Plate the ravioli, drizzle with any remaining sauce, and garnish with chopped parsley. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

For an extra lemony taste, add more zest or juice to the sauce. You can prepare the sauce ahead of time and reheat it before serving. Substitute lobster ravioli with cheese-filled ravioli for a different flavor.
