Ingredients
  

Pasta and Seafood

  • 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
  • 1 cup cooked lobster meat, chopped
  • 1 cup crab meat, flaked
  • 1 cup cooked salmon, flaked (or use canned if you're in a pinch!)

Sauce Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Cooking the Pasta

  • Begin by boiling water in a large pot. Add a pinch of salt and cook the fettuccine according to package instructions until it's al dente. Drain and set aside, keeping a splash of pasta water for later.

Creating the Creamy Sauce

  • In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 1 minute). Then, pour in the heavy cream and bring it to a gentle simmer. Allow it to thicken for about 2-3 minutes.

Combining Ingredients

  • Lower the heat and whisk in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  • Stir in the lobster, crab, and salmon, mixing gently until all the seafood is warmed through. Season with salt and pepper to your liking.
  • Toss the cooked fettuccine into the skillet with the sauce and mix until everything is coated. If it feels too thick, a splash of reserved pasta water will help.

Serving

  • Plate your delicious creation and sprinkle freshly chopped parsley on top for garnish. Serve immediately.

Notes

If you're lucky enough to have fresh seafood, use it! Frozen seafood works too. Don't worry if your sauce has a few lumps; stir well and enjoy. If the fettuccine sticks together, toss with a little olive oil before mixing in the sauce.
