  • 2 cups Greek yogurt Choose plain, vanilla, or maple flavor
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries If using frozen, let them thaw
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup Adjust to your sweetness preference
  • 1 cup granola Choose your favorite kind
  • to taste dash cinnamon or nutmeg Optional for a festive flair

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • If using fresh cranberries, rinse them well. If using frozen ones, let them thaw and sprinkle with a bit of sugar if you prefer them sweetened.
  • In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with honey or maple syrup until smooth and creamy.

Assembly

  • In a glass or mason jar, add a scoop of yogurt at the bottom.
  • Add a layer of cranberries, followed by a layer of granola.
  • Repeat the layers until you reach the top.
  • Top the parfait with extra cranberries, a drizzle of honey, and a sprinkle of cinnamon or nutmeg.

Serving

  • Serve immediately or store in the fridge, assembling the granola just before serving to keep it crunchy.

Notes

You can prepare these the night before without the granola, and just add that in the morning. This recipe is easily customizable with other fruits like bananas or blueberries.
