Creating Your Mousse Parfait

  • Step 2: While the chocolate cools, whip the heavy whipping cream with vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
  • Step 3: Gently fold the melted white chocolate into the whipped cream to keep it light and airy.
  • Step 4: Layer the parfait by starting with a layer of white chocolate mousse, followed by fresh raspberries, and repeat until the glasses are full.
  • Step 5: Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

Don’t rush the chocolate melting process, and consider making the parfait a day in advance. Experiment with different fruits like strawberries or mangoes.
