  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup natural peanut butter or any nut butter you love
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
  • a pinch salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preparation

  • In a large bowl, combine almond flour, rolled oats, a pinch of salt, and mini chocolate chips.
  • In a separate bowl, mix together peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Pour the creamy mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until well combined.
  • Form small balls using your hands or a cookie scoop and place them on a parchment-lined baking tray.
  • Refrigerate the tray for about 30 minutes to help them firm up.
  • After chilling, transfer the bites to an airtight container.

Notes

These bites stay fresh in the fridge for up to a week or can be frozen for longer storage.
