Instructions

Preparing the Glazes

  • For the Brown Sugar and Pineapple Juice Glaze, combine the brown sugar, pineapple juice, and Dijon mustard in a small saucepan over medium heat. Stir until the sugar is dissolved and the mixture begins to simmer.
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together the maple syrup, Dijon mustard, and cinnamon for the Maple Syrup and Dijon Mustard Glaze until well mixed.
  • In a small mixing bowl, combine the honey, soy sauce, and garlic powder for the Honey and Soy Sauce Glaze until smooth.

Applying the Glaze

  • Preheat your oven according to your ham's cooking instructions.
  • Apply your chosen glaze generously over the ham, making sure to coat it evenly.
  • Baste the ham with the juices from the pan every 15 minutes as it cooks.

Notes

If the glaze looks lumpy, that's just the sugar beginning to caramelize. Consider adding slices of orange or pineapple on top of your ham before glazing for extra flavor.
