  • 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough Use store-bought for convenience.
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips Choose high-quality chocolate for the best flavor.
  • 1/2 cup mini marshmallows For that gooey s’mores goodness.
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted This helps to bind the ingredients together.
  • 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs Provides the crunch factor typical of s’mores.
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon Essential for flavoring the rolls.
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar Adds deep richness to the filling.

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Unroll the crescent roll dough onto a flat surface and separate it into triangles.
  • In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, graham cracker crumbs, ground cinnamon, and brown sugar.
  • Spread the graham cracker mixture over each crescent triangle.
  • Sprinkle chocolate chips and mini marshmallows evenly over the dough.
  • Roll each triangle up tightly from the thickest side.
  • Place the rolled cinnamon rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake for about 15-20 minutes or until they’re golden brown and the chocolate and marshmallows are bubbling.
  • Let cool for a couple of minutes before serving.

Notes

Feel free to experiment by adding different types of chocolate or toppings. You can make the rolls ahead of time by refrigerating them overnight before baking.
