Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 8 oz goat cheese Soft, creamy, and oh-so-satisfying.
  • 1/4 cup honey You can use regular or flavored honey for an extra twist!
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts Walnuts, pecans, or almonds work beautifully.
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon Optional: A sprinkle adds a warm, cozy touch.
  • Fresh herbs (like thyme or rosemary) For garnish.

Instructions

Preparation

  • Grab a medium-sized mixing bowl and let’s get started!
  • In the bowl, combine the goat cheese, honey, and optional cinnamon. Whip it together until it’s smooth and creamy.
  • Using your hands, scoop out a tablespoon or so of the mixture and roll it into a ball. Coat the ball in chopped nuts for added crunch!
  • Place your bites on a plate and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
  • Arrange your Goat Cheese Honey Bites on a serving platter. Drizzle with a bit more honey and garnish with fresh herbs.

Notes

If your goat cheese is too soft, chill it in the refrigerator before rolling. Substitute breadcrumbs or seeds for the nuts if you have a nut allergy. Variety in size adds to the homemade charm.
