  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar optional, but adds a sweet touch!

Preparation

  • In a medium mixing bowl, combine all the spices—ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, and cloves. If you’re opting for a touch of sweetness, add in the brown sugar.
  • Stir the mixture well until everything is evenly blended.
  • Transfer the Gingerbread Spice Mix to an airtight jar. Label it nicely for a personal touch.

Notes
