Ingredients

For the crust

  • 1.5 cups Oreo cookies, finely crushed
  • 1/3 cup butter, melted

For the filling

  • 1 cup peanut butter (creamy is best)
  • 1 cup whipped cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 cups whipped topping (like Cool Whip!)
  • 1 cup chocolate chips (semi-sweet or milk chocolate)

For the toppings

  • 1 cup additional whipped topping
  • as needed Mini Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups (for decorating)
  • to taste Chocolate syrup for drizzling

Instructions

Make the Crust

  • In a bowl, combine your finely crushed Oreo cookies and melted butter. Mix until it resembles wet sand. Press this mixture evenly into a 9-inch pie dish.

Blend the Filling

  • In a large mixing bowl, whip together the peanut butter, cream cheese, and powdered sugar until smooth. Then, gently fold in your whipped topping until everything is beautifully blended.

Assemble the Pie

  • Spoon the peanut butter filling into the cooled Oreo crust and spread it evenly. Top it off with whipped topping, sprinkle mini Reese’s on top, and drizzle chocolate syrup.

Chill Out

  • Refrigerate the pie for at least 4 hours or until fully set.

Serve & Enjoy

  • Slice it up and enjoy the happy reactions as you serve this delightful pie.

Notes

For variations, consider adding crushed peanuts or different chocolates in the filling. To elevate presentation, pipe the topping instead of spreading it. If Oreos aren't preferred, graham cracker crumbs can be used for the crust instead.
