  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined The shrimp should be the star here!
  • 4 tablespoons butter Butter makes everything better.
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced Use as many as you can handle.
  • 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese Hello, cheesy goodness!
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped For color and a hint of freshness.
  • to taste Salt and pepper Season to your preference.
  • A squeeze of lemon juice To brighten the dish.

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). This is the perfect baking temperature for rustic, comforting meals.
  • In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add in the minced garlic and sauté for about one minute until fragrant.
  • Toss in the shrimp and season with salt and pepper. Cook until they turn pink, about 3-4 minutes.
  • Sprinkle the shredded Parmesan over the shrimp and mix well, ensuring each shrimp is coated.
  • Transfer the shrimp mixture into a baking dish and bake for about 10 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  • Once out of the oven, drizzle lemon juice over the shrimp and sprinkle with chopped parsley.

Notes

You can add spinach or asparagus for extra nutrition. Leftovers can be used in salads, pastas, or wraps. If your sauce looks lumpy, it's all part of the magic!
