Ingredients
  

For the Cheeseburger Filling

  • 1 lb ground beef Can substitute with ground turkey or chicken.
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic For added flavor.
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

For the Bombs

  • 1 can biscuit dough Refrigerated kind.
  • 4 tbsp melted butter For brushing.
  • 1 tbsp dried parsley For sprinkling.

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain excess fat, then add Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
  • Mix in the cheddar and Parmesan cheeses.
  • Flatten each biscuit from the can to about 3 inches in diameter.

Assembly

  • Place a heaping spoonful of the cheeseburger mixture in the center of each biscuit.
  • Gather the edges of the biscuit and pinch to seal them.
  • Place the bombs seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Brush each with melted butter and sprinkle with dried parsley.

Baking

  • Bake for about 12-15 minutes, or until puffed and golden brown.
  • Let them cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

These freeze well unbaked. Reheat directly from the freezer, adding extra cooking time.
