Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 2 pieces lobster tails
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter Melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped For garnish
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) to ensure even cooking.
  • Using kitchen scissors, cut along the top shell of the lobster tail to expose the meat. Gently pull the lobster meat out and lay it atop the shell.

Cooking

  • In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Add minced garlic, parsley, and lemon juice, stirring until fragrant (about 2 minutes). Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet lined with foil. Generously brush the garlic herb butter mixture over the lobster meat, reserving a bit for later.
  • Bake the lobster tails in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes until the meat is opaque and firm. For a golden finish, broil for the last couple of minutes.
  • Drizzle the remaining garlic herb butter over cooked lobster tails and garnish with additional parsley. Serve with lemon wedges.

Notes

Avoid overcooking to maintain tenderness. For a spicy kick, add red pepper flakes to the butter. If the butter sauce appears rustic, it adds charm to the dish!
