  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Using kitchen shears, carefully cut down the top of each lobster tail.
  • In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

Cooking

  • Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet and generously brush them with your garlic butter mixture.
  • Bake in the oven for about 12-15 minutes, until the lobster meat is opaque and cooked through.
  • Once out of the oven, drizzle with a little more garlic butter and sprinkle extra parsley on top. Serve with lemon wedges.

Don’t skip the butter; it's essential for richness. Cooking time is crucial; at least 1-1.5 minutes per ounce of lobster. Pair with a fresh salad or garlic bread for a complete meal.
