  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped Adds a fresh note.
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice For acidity and brightness.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Place lobster tails, flesh side up, in a baking dish. Use kitchen shears to split the shell for easier presentation.

Make the Garlic Butter

  • In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter.
  • Add in the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes, avoiding burning.
  • Stir in the chopped parsley and lemon juice, seasoning with salt and pepper.

Dress and Bake

  • Brush the garlic butter over the lobster tails, saving some for basting.
  • Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes, basting halfway through.
  • Check doneness when the meat is opaque and slightly golden.

Serve

  • Serve with lemon wedges and enjoy the flavors.

Notes

Don’t overcook the lobster to avoid rubberiness. Shrimp can be a substitute with adjusted cooking time. For a spicy kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the butter.
