Garlic Butter Mixture

  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 0.5 teaspoon paprika

Preparation

  • Using kitchen scissors, carefully cut down the center of the lobster tails' shells to the base. Gently pull apart the shell to expose the meat.

Garlic Butter Preparation

  • In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Baking

  • Place the prepared lobster tails on a baking sheet and generously brush the garlic butter mixture over the exposed lobster meat.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, until the meat turns opaque and tender.
