Ingredients

Main ingredients

  • 4 pieces lobster tails
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted 1 stick
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Using kitchen scissors, carefully cut through the top shell of the lobster tails, stopping just before the tail fan.
  • Gently pull the meat upwards to expose it while keeping it attached at the base.

Making Garlic Butter

  • In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Baking

  • Place the prepared lobster tails in a baking dish.
  • Generously brush the garlic butter mixture all over the lobster meat.
  • Bake them in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes or until the meat is opaque and the edges are slightly browned.

Finishing Touch

  • Once done, sprinkle some chopped fresh parsley for garnish.

Serving

  • Serve with lemon wedges and a side of garlic bread or a refreshing salad.

Notes

Don't overcook the lobster tails to avoid a rubbery texture. For butter substitutes, olive oil can work, but butter is recommended for the best flavor. Consider serving over pasta or with a drizzle of white wine sauce.
