Preparation

  • Carefully cut the lobster tails in half lengthwise.

Make Garlic Butter Sauce

  • In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter.
  • Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about one minute.
  • Stir in the lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

Baste and Broil

  • Baste the lobster tails with the garlic butter sauce using a brush.
  • Set the oven to broil and place the lobster tails on a baking sheet.
  • Broil for 8-10 minutes, brushing them with more garlic butter halfway through.

Serving

  • Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and slice into bite-sized pieces.
  • Serve with toothpicks and sprinkle with fresh parsley.

Notes

For added flavor, consider marinating the lobster tails in the garlic butter sauce for about 30 minutes before cooking. You can also add cayenne pepper or lime juice for an extra kick.
