Ingredients
  

For the Garlic Butter Sauce

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter 1 stick
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced You can never have too much garlic!
  • 1 lemon juiced Getting zesty!
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped For garnish and flavor

For the Lobster & Shrimp

  • 2 tails lobster, uncooked
  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined With or without tails, your choice!
  • to taste salt and pepper To enhance the seafood flavors
  • for serving lemon wedges Add freshness to the dish

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Using kitchen shears, carefully cut down the top shell of the lobster tails.

Seasoning

  • Sprinkle salt and pepper over the lobster and shrimp.

Making the Garlic Butter Sauce

  • In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
  • Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  • Stir in the lemon juice and chopped parsley.

Assembly

  • Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet and tuck the shrimp around them.
  • Pour the garlic butter sauce over the seafood.

Baking

  • Bake for about 15-20 minutes until the lobster is opaque and the shrimp turn pink.
  • Test for doneness by pricking with a fork; if they come apart easily, they're ready.

Serving

  • Plate the seafood and garnish with lemon wedges and extra parsley.

Notes

Timing is crucial; keep an eye on your shrimp as it cooks quickly. If using frozen shrimp, ensure it is fully thawed before cooking. Feel free to substitute shrimp with scallops or chicken.
