  • 2 pieces lobster tails
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced Feel free to add more if you’re a garlic lover
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped For garnish
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges, for serving Squeeze to elevate flavors

Preparation

  • Start by carefully slicing the lobster tails lengthwise.
  • In a medium skillet, melt the unsalted butter over medium heat.

Cooking

  • Add the minced garlic to the melted butter and sauté for about one minute.
  • Place the lobster medallions in the skillet. Season with salt and pepper, then cook for around 3-4 minutes on each side.
  • Sprinkle the chopped parsley on top once cooked and serve with lemon wedges.

Notes

Don’t overcook to avoid rubbery lobster. Reserve some garlic butter for drizzling on top if desired.
