Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Start by using kitchen scissors to cut the top of the lobster shell lengthwise.
  • Carefully pull the meat out slightly, keeping it attached at the base.

Garlic Butter Mixture

  • In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
  • Add the minced garlic and let it simmer until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  • Pour in the fresh lemon juice, paprika, and a sprinkle of salt and pepper, and stir to combine.

Cooking the Lobster

  • Place the lobster tails flesh-side up in a baking dish.
  • Drizzle generously with the garlic butter mixture.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 12-15 minutes or until the lobster is opaque and cooked through.

Serving

  • Sprinkle some fresh parsley over the medallions and serve with the remaining garlic butter drizzled on top.

Notes

For an extra kick, consider adding a dash of red pepper flakes to the garlic butter. Serve with creamy mashed potatoes or a crisp salad for a complete meal.
