  • 1 cup cooked lobster meat, chopped Fresh or leftover lobster

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the jumbo pasta shells according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Filling

  • In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  • Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  • Stir in the chopped lobster meat, a pinch of salt, and a dash of pepper.
  • Remove from heat and mix in the ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, and parsley.

Assembly

  • Once the pasta shells are cool enough to handle, spoon the lobster mixture into each shell.
  • Spread the marinara sauce along the bottom of a baking dish.
  • Place the filled shells on top and drizzle with melted butter.

Baking

  • Cover the dish with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
  • Uncover and bake for an additional 10 minutes until bubbly and golden.

Serving

  • Garnish with extra parsley and enjoy!

Notes

For extra cheesiness, add more mozzarella on top before baking. For a vegetarian option, replace lobster with sautéed mushrooms or spinach.
