Ingredients
  

Pasta and Filling

  • 12-15 large shells Jumbo pasta shells
  • 1 cup Lobster meat, cooked and diced
  • 4 oz Cream cheese, softened
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup Butter, plus extra for greasing
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tbsp Chives, chopped, for garnish
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Boil a pot of salted water and cook your jumbo pasta shells according to the package instructions until they’re al dente.
  • In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter and add the minced garlic. Sauté for about 2 minutes until fragrant.

Filling and Assembly

  • In a large bowl, combine the lobster meat, cream cheese, sautéed garlic and butter, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Fold in half of the Parmesan cheese.
  • Grease a baking dish with a pat of butter, then carefully stuff each pasta shell with the lobster filling.
  • Place filled shells in the dish and sprinkle with the remaining Parmesan cheese.

Baking

  • Cover the dish with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.

Serving

  • Sprinkle with fresh chives for garnish and serve immediately.

Notes

If you have leftovers, store them in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. Reheat in the oven for the best texture. Feel free to substitute lobster with shrimp or crab if desired.
