  • 1 lb lobster meat, chopped into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced Because we want to keep the vampires at bay!
  • 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped Or more, because parsley makes everything prettier!
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Baguette slices or crackers, for serving

Preparation

  • If you’re using fresh lobster, crack the shells and scoop out the meat, then chop it into bite-sized pieces.
  • In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the unsalted butter until it’s bubbly and slightly golden.
  • Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté it for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  • Toss in the lobster pieces, and cook for about 3-5 minutes until they’re heated through.
  • Stir in the lemon juice, parsley, and season with salt and pepper. Mix well and remove from heat.
  • Spoon the lobster mixture onto crispy baguette slices or delightful crackers.

Tip #1: If you’re feeling adventurous, sprinkle a little paprika or red pepper flakes for a kick!
