  • Lemon wedges, for serving

Preparation

  • Pat the scallops dry with paper towels.
  • In a bowl, combine the melted butter and minced garlic.
  • Season the scallops with salt and pepper in a separate dish.
  • Drizzle the garlic butter over the seasoned scallops and toss gently until well-coated.

Cooking

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Place the scallops in a single layer in the air fryer basket and cook for about 8-10 minutes, or until opaque and slightly golden.

Notes
