Ingredients
  

Fruits

  • 1 cup strawberries, hulled and halved
  • 1 cup blueberries, rinsed
  • 1 cup pineapple, cubed (fresh or canned) Fresh is best!
  • 1 cup green grapes, rinsed
  • 1 cup cantaloupe, cubed
  • 1 cup kiwi, peeled and sliced
  • to taste fresh mint leaves for garnish Optional, but recommended
  • to taste honey or yogurt for dipping Great for enhancing the experience

Preparation

  • Wash all your fruits thoroughly. Hull the strawberries, rinse the blueberries and grapes, and cut your pineapple, cantaloupe, and kiwi.
  • Cut the melon and pineapple into bite-sized cubes and slice the kiwi.

Assembly

  • Grab a large platter or a cutting board. Start placing the larger pieces (like the pineapple and melon) down first.
  • Fill in the gaps with the berries and grapes.

Garnishing

  • Add the mint leaves on top for garnish and aroma.

Serving

  • Place a small bowl of honey or yogurt on the side for dipping.

Notes

You can prepare your fruits a day in advance. Store them in airtight containers in the fridge. Feel free to mix and match fruits according to your preference!
