Preparation

  • Slice the sausage into bite-sized pieces. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and brown the sausage pieces for about 5-7 minutes.
  • Stir in the diced potatoes, adding a dash of salt and pepper. Cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Add the sliced onions to the skillet and continue cooking for another 8-10 minutes until browned and fragrant.
  • Give everything a good stir and taste. Adjust seasoning as necessary.
  • Plate the dish and enjoy with family or friends.

Notes

Feel free to substitute different vegetables like bell peppers or zucchini. Leftover cooked potatoes can be used for breakfast hash! Adding cheese on top can make it even more indulgent.
