Ingredients
  

For the Sliders

  • 1 pound thinly sliced roast beef
  • 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
  • 12 pieces slider buns
  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh herbs (like thyme or rosemary), for garnish

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a saucepan, combine the beef broth, chopped onion, and garlic powder. Heat until simmering and fragrant.
  • Add the sliced roast beef to the saucepan until warmed through.

Assembly

  • Slice the slider buns in half and place the bottom halves on a baking sheet.
  • Layer the warmed beef evenly across the buns, topping with shredded provolone cheese.
  • Place the top halves of the buns on the assembled bottom halves.

Baking and Serving

  • Drizzle the melted butter over the top buns.
  • Bake for about 15 minutes, or until buns are golden and cheese is melted.
  • Serve with a small dish of the warmed broth mixture for dipping and sprinkle fresh herbs over the sliders.

Notes
