  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened For melty goodness
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped Use 1 tablespoon dried if needed
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice For added zing

Croissant Dough

  • 1 package pre-made croissant dough Convenience!

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped shrimp, cream cheese, dill, and lemon juice. Stir until well mixed.
  • Unroll the croissant dough on a clean surface.

Filling and Baking

  • Take a spoonful of the shrimp mixture and place it at the wide end of each croissant triangle. Roll it up tightly, starting from the wide end, and tuck the point underneath.
  • Place the filled croissants on a lined baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.

Serving

  • Let them cool for a minute before serving warm.

Notes

You can prepare the filling a day in advance. Try swapping shrimp for chicken or adding spinach for variation. Keep an eye on the croissants while baking to prevent burning.
