Flatbread Base

  • 2 pieces Flatbreads (store-bought or homemade)

Chicken Mixture

  • 2 cups Cooked chicken, shredded Can substitute with rotisserie chicken.
  • 1/2 cup Buffalo sauce Adjust based on spice preference.

Toppings

  • 1 cup Shredded cheese (mozzarella or cheddar)
  • 1/4 cup Creamy ranch or blue cheese dressing
  • 2 tablespoons Green onions, chopped For garnish

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a bowl, mix your shredded chicken with buffalo sauce, adjusting the amount based on how spicy you like it.

Assembling the Flatbreads

  • Lay out the flatbreads on a baking sheet.
  • Spread a generous amount of the buffalo chicken mixture evenly on each flatbread.
  • Top with shredded cheese.

Baking

  • Slide the baking sheet into the preheated oven and bake for about 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.

Finishing Touch

  • Once out of the oven, drizzle your ranch or blue cheese dressing over the top and sprinkle with chopped green onions.

Notes

Don’t worry if your sauce looks a little lumpy; it’s all part of the magic! Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days. Reheat in the oven.
