  • In a large bowl, combine the diced cucumbers, cooked shrimp, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and fresh dill.
  • In a separate bowl, mix the lemon juice with salt, pepper, and olive oil. Pour this dressing over the salad ingredients and gently toss to combine everything.
  • Before serving, check for seasoning. Sometimes, a little extra salt or lemon juice can elevate the flavors!
