  • Start by washing the cucumber. Finely grate the cucumber and place it in a clean kitchen towel to squeeze out any excess moisture.

  • Add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Cover the bowl and let your sauce sit in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before serving.
