Preparation

  • Place the pork roast in the bottom of your trusty Crock Pot.
  • Sprinkle the ranch dressing mix and au jus gravy mix over the pork.
  • Slice the stick of butter and lay the pieces on top of the pork.
  • Add the whole pepperoncini peppers.
  • Pour a cup of water around the roast.

Cooking

  • Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours or high for 4-6 hours.
  • Shred the pork directly in the pot when it's cooked.
  • Serve the pork over rice, on rolls, or on its own.
