  • 1 medium head medium head of cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets

Seasoning

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika for color
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt or more to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese optional

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Clean and cut your cauliflower into bite-sized florets, ensuring they are evenly sized for uniform cooking.

Seasoning & Roasting

  • In a large bowl, toss the florets with the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until well coated.
  • Spread the seasoned florets on a baking sheet in a single layer, ensuring they are not crowded.
  • Roast in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through for even cooking, until golden brown and crispy.
  • Sprinkle the grated Parmesan on the cauliflower for the last 5 minutes of cooking for added flavor.

Serving

  • Let the cauliflower cool for a minute before serving on a platter. Enjoy immediately!

Notes

For an extra zing, add a splash of lemon juice or zest before serving. Feel free to experiment with different seasonings like cumin or curry powder for variations.
