Ingredients
  

Pasta and Lobster

  • 8 oz spaghetti Choose your favorite pasta type.
  • 2 tails lobster, cooked and chopped Fresh or frozen lobster can be used.

Creamy Sauce

  • 1 cup heavy cream Add a bit more if desired.
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese Do not skimp on the cheese!
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced Enhances the flavor significantly.
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil For sautéing the garlic.
  • to taste Salt and pepper Season to your preference.

Garnish

  • as needed Fresh parsley For garnish.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente.
  • Drain spaghetti and reserve a bit of the pasta water.

Cooking

  • In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  • Pour in the heavy cream and stir constantly as it heats.
  • Add the Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Stir until everything is combined and creamy. If too thick, add a splash of reserved pasta water.
  • Add the cooked lobster meat and spaghetti to the sauce, gently tossing to coat.

Serving

  • Serve immediately, garnished with freshly chopped parsley and additional Parmesan if desired.

Notes

A little lumpy sauce is part of the magic! A squeeze of lemon juice can add brightness. Store leftovers in an airtight container for 1-2 days, adding a splash of cream when reheating.
