  • 1 pound cooked lobster meat, chopped into bite-sized pieces Feel free to use frozen, just make sure it’s thawed.
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced Can we ever have too much garlic?
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice Freshly squeezed, because we wanna keep it classy.
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped fresh parsley for garnish For presentation.

Cooking Instructions

  • In a medium skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Allow it to sizzle lightly.
  • Add the minced garlic to the melted butter. Sauté for about 1-2 minutes until it’s fragrant and just starting to turn golden.
  • Toss in the lobster pieces and sauté for another 2-3 minutes, until warmed through.
  • Slowly pour in the heavy cream, stirring to combine. Bring to a gentle simmer.
  • Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce becomes thick.
  • Add lemon juice and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve the Creamy Garlic Lobster Bites into small bowls or atop crispy crostini, garnished with chopped parsley.

Notes

Lobster alternatives include shrimp or crab. For a kick, add red pepper flakes. If the cream sauce thickens too much, add a splash of broth.
