  • 1 pound lobster meat, chopped
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Toasted baguette slices, for serving

Cooking Steps

  • In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Once melted, add in the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  • Toss in the chopped lobster meat, then season with salt and pepper. Cook for about 2-3 minutes until the lobster is heated through.
  • Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until everything is mingled into a creamy mixture.
  • Sprinkle in the chopped parsley and stir everything together before removing from heat.
  • Spoon the creamy lobster mixture generously over the toasted baguette slices.

Notes

If fresh lobster isn’t available, frozen lobster can be used. For extra creaminess, add more heavy cream or cream cheese. Adjust garlic to taste if you're a garlic lover.
